Andy McQueen, CEO and Tracy Castle, COO have more than 50 years of combined experience in the Physical Security industry. Both have previously worked at recognized large national security system providers in management and executive positions. They formed ivelah as both believed that customers and their security challenges were not being addressed correctly and there was downward trend for true customer service in the security industry.
In the last decade, Access Control and Video Surveillance technologies has changed dramatically. Cloud-Based solutions and incredible advances in traditional ON-Prem enterprise platforms have completely reshaped expectations and deliverables for security systems. Today’s security systems require a different design and deployment mindset.
