ivelah was founded in May 2018 by Andy McQueen and Tracy Castle, bringing together more than 50 years of combined experience within the electronic security industry.

Having both previously worked for large national security integrators, Andy and Tracy saw firsthand how much of the industry had become transactional — often pushing whatever products, manufacturers, or technologies happened to be convenient or top-of-mind at the time, regardless of whether they genuinely aligned with the customer’s operational requirements, long-term objectives, or overall technology strategy.

ivelah was built on a different philosophy.

From day one, the objective was to create a more customer-focused security integrator — one centered on understanding the unique operational challenges, risks, and priorities of each organization, then designing solutions specifically around those requirements.

Rather than simply selling products, ivelah focuses on helping organizations make better-informed security decisions through practical guidance, thoughtful system design, and long-term partnership.
